PETRI Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on_07/14/98 this Executive Session was called to consider a Personnel matter. Dave Miller to fill the vacancy created by the retirement of Captain Menas. Subject to interviewing Lt. Miller on-July 15, 1998, the Village Manager stated that he would promote Lt. Miller to the position of Captain effective July 25, 1998. The meeting adjourned at 6:50 p.m. Ik
