Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly
scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on June 9. 1998 this
Executive Session was called to consider a Litigation matter.

Litigatio
The Village President informed the Village Board that Busse News
and Video had illegally opened without a business license or an occupancy
permit. In addition, Busse News was likely operating without full water
service and was likely in violation of Village building codes.
The Director of Engineering & Community Development has
declared the building unfit for occupancy.
The Executive Session recessed at 9:00 p.m. and reconvened at 10:20
p.m.
Deputy Chief Schmidt informed the Village Board that the power and
water had been shut off and all employees had been asked to leave the
building.
The meeting adjourned at 10:40 p.m.
