Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly
scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on May 12. 1998 this
Executive Session was called to consider aerste matter.

Personnel
The Village Board discussed potential future candidates for the
Municipal Complex wall of recognition and whether or not specific
guidelines should be required for an individual to be honored on the wall.
Upon discussion, it was the consensus of the Village Board to not establish
specific guidelines with the exception that the individual be retired from
active duty with the Village.
The Village President also informed the Village Board that he would
be submitting some names for consideration in the near future.
The meeting adjourned at 7:29 p.m.
