OLSON Village Trustee Human Resources Officer Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on A rip 1 14-this Executive Session was called to consider a Personnel matter. Number of pages attached: l Date(s)of review for release: July 1998 Date of approval for release: 2- a7'0 4/14/98 6:30 p.m. Personnel The Village Board discussed the proposed FY 98-99 health care renewal costs as recommended by the Personnel Committee. In addition, the Village Board considered the Village's options for recouping expenses incurred by other governmental agencies included on the Village's self-funded insurance program. Upon further discussion, the consensus of the Village Board was as follows: • to concur with the Personnel Committee's recommendations for FY 1998-99 health care renewal; • to consider the health care renewal under the consent agenda at the 4/14/98 Village Board meeting; and • to seek reimbursement for Village incurred expenses which exceeded the claims for health care premiums related to Northwest Central Dispatch (NWCD) and the Elk Grove Park District. NWCD is to reimburse the Village approximately $57,000 in equal installments over a 12-month period. In addition, the Village Board authorized the Village Manager to negotiate a repayment schedule with the Park District within a 24-month payback period. The meeting adjourned at 6:54 p.m. Ik
