Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly
scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on April 14.this Executive
Session was called to consider a Personnel matter.

Personnel
The Village President informed the Village Board of his recommendations
for Board and Commission vacancies effective May 1, 1998. A summary of
the Village President's recommendations is as follows:
Board of Health
Terri Dill -- new appointment
Kelly Clancy -- re-appointment
Plan Commission
Paul Ayers -- re-appointment
Charles Henrici -- re-appointment
John Meyers -- re-appointment
Dave Paliganoff-- re-appointment
Ted Thompson -- appointment
Zoning Board of Appeals
Paul Kaplan -- re-appointment
Dick Penley -- new appointment
Jeff Franke -- new appointment
Fire & Police Commission
Gayle Bantner -- re-appointment
Police Pension Board
Lee Garr -- new appointment subject to his acceptance
Upon discussion, the consensus of the Village Board was to concur
with the recommendations of the Village President. Formal Village
Board action will take place at the April 28, 1998 Village Board
meeting.
The meeting adjourned at 6:10 p.m.
