Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly
scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on March 10, 1998 this
Executive Session was called to consider a Personnel matter.

PERSONNEL
The Village President informed the Village Board that Bob Arnold
had agreed to their settlement offer. Approval of the agreement is included
on the Village Board agenda as item 6I. All public questions regarding the
settlement are to be directed to the Village Attorney.
