Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly
scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on January 13, 1998 this
Executive Session was called to consider a Personnel matter.

Personnel
The Village President presented the idea of the Village paying for
employee membership in local civic and charity organizations. Upon
further discussion, the consensus of the Village Board was to have staff
determine the annual membership dues for the following organizations:
Rotary Club;
Lions Club;
Lioness' Club;
Elk Grove Jaycees; and
Kiwanis Club
The meeting adjourned at 7:05 p.m.
