Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly
scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on date 12-9-97
this Executive Session was called to consider a Personnel matter.

The Village Manager reviewed his memo regarding the IMRF Military Credit
Buyback Program and recommended that the Village Board not adopt program. The
program will increase its obligations for actuarial contribution to IMRF.
Upon discussion, the consensus of the Village Board was not to adopt the IMRF
Military Credit Program as offered by the State of Illinois.
The meeting adjourned at 6:33 p.m.
