scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on October 28. 1997 this
Executive Session was called to consider a LITIGATION matter.

LITIGATION
The Village President informed the Village Board that the Village had
received a threat of litigation from property owners in the Huntington Chase
Subdivision regarding highway noise mitigation. Due to the threat of potential
litigation, the Village Attorney advised the Village Board not to discuss the issue
publicly.
The meeting adjourned at 6:58 p.m.
