PROCHNO Village Trustee Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on October 28 1997 this Executive Session was called to consider a LAND SALE matter. Number of pages attached: 1 Date(s) of review for release: Iuly 1998 Date of approval for release: t th M 10/28/97 6:31 p.m. LAND SALE The Village Attorney informed the Village Board that he had negotiated a letter of intent with Ron Behm of Colliers, Bennet & Kahnweiler, which would guarantee the Village $900,000 upon the sale of the Dierking Terrace property. The Village is obligated to obtain access to Cambridge Drive as a condition to any sales contract and the ability to acquire such access is uncertain. Upon further discussion, the consensus of the Committee was to authorize the Village Manager to execute the letter of intent with Ron Behm. The meeting adjourned at 6:45 p.m. Ik
