Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly
scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on September 3 1997
this Executive Session was called to consider a Land matter.

_SALE OF LAND
The Village Manager informed the Village Board that a potential
buyer of the 5 acre Dierking Terrace property had been identified. To
date, Ron Behm of Colliers, Bennett & Kahnweiler has been marketing
the property without a contract from the Village.
Upon discussion the consensus of the Village Board was as
follows:
• to authorize the Village Attorney to negotiate the real estate sales
contract which would net the Village $900,000.
