PERSONNEL
The Village Manager notified the Village Board that he had
spoken to /TG regarding activating the buy-out clause for Ed May's
services. Ed May has been notified of the Village's offer and has until
July 10, 1997 to respond to the Village.
The Village Board requested that the Village Manager notify them
of Ed May's decision.
The meeting adjourned at 6:55 p.m.
