Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly
scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on June 4. 1997 this
Executive Session was called to consider a niatter.

PERSONNEL
The Village Manager, Village Attorney and Director of Finance
brought the Village Board up to date on the status of negotiations with
Integrated Technology Group (ITC) for the buyout of the Data
Processing Supervisor contract. The Village Manager noted that he had
met with Trustees Dill and Feichter to discuss their concerns regarding
the position and required duties of the Data Processing Supervisor.
Upon further discussion, the consensus of the Village Board was
as follows:

• to have the Village Attorney prepare the final contract for buyout of
the Data Processing Supervisor's services from ITC for execution by
the Village Board;
• to authorize the Village Manager to talk to ITG and Ed May about his
willingness to become a full-time employee of the Village.
In addtion, an ordinance will be prepared concerning increasing
authorized strength, and establishing a.salary range and classificaiton
for the position.
The meeting adjourned at 8:05 p.m.
