Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly
scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on lune 10. 1997 this
Executive Session was called to consider a matter.

PERSONNEL
The Village Manager informed the Village Board that the Director
of Finance and Village Attorney had negotiated a buyout with
Integrated Technology Group (ITC) of their contract, subject to Village
Board approval, so the Village would be able to employ the current
contracted Data Processing Supervisor. The Village Manager also
stated that the buyout would enable the Village to retain the services of
ITG for support services.
Upon further discussion, the consensus of the Village Board was
as follows:
• to have the Village Attorney prepare a contract with ITC for the
buyout of the Data Processing Supervisor's services; and
• to have any Trustees with additional questions contact the Village
Manager so that a decision can be made on June 24 prior to the
termination of the Village's contract with ITC on July 1, 1997.
The meeting adjourned at 11:31 p.m.
