scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on May 27. 1997 this
Executive Session was called to consider a litigation matter.

Pending Investigation
The Village Manager and the Chief of Police advised the Village
Board of an ongoing investigation into alleged gang activity at certain
multi-family developments in the Village. The Village Attorney
recommended the adoption of an ordinance to assist in the
investigation and enforcement, if necessary, of illegal activity in the
affected areas.
The meeting adjourned at 7:45 p.m.
