Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly
scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on March 25. 1997 this
Executive Session was called to consider a Personnel matter.

PERSONNEL
The Director of Finance informed the Village Board that due to a clerical
error, the Village had not been deducting the 9% increase to the HMO premiums
for FY '96-'97 from HMO insured employees since May 1, 1996. The total amount
which had not been deducted amounted to $5,464.
Upon further discussion, the consensus of the Village Board was as follows:
• wave the uncollected premium increase to date; and
• to concur with staff to have the increased premiums deducted from
employee's paychecks beginning March 28, 1997.
The meeting adjourned at 10:50 p.m.
