EXECUTIVE SESSION

It was moved by Trustee Feichter, seconded by Trustee
Prochno to enter into executive session.
I. Life Insurance
It was the consensus of the Board to concur with the
recommendation of the Personnel Committee to enter into a
new life insurance program for Village employees. The
strengths of the program include the same basic life
program, but at a lower cost to the Village; enhances
supplemental life insurance (both term and whole) and allows
portability of insurance for the employee. Retiree levels
will remain at $5, 000.
Prior to placing the program on the agenda for Board action,
the proposed program will be presented to the Unions.
The executive session concluded at 7:50 p.m.
