Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly
scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on 01/26/99 this
Executive Session was called to consider a Personnel matter.

PERSONNEL
The Village President recommended that the Village Board meet with the Fire &Police
Commission in executive session due to the need to address specific employees and to
discuss the hiring process for Police Officers and Firefighters. Upon discussion, the
consensus of the Village Board was to meet with the Fire&Police Commission on
Tuesday, February 16 at 6:00 p.m. in the Chernick Conference Room.
The meeting adjourned at 6:54 p.m.
