Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly
scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on 01/26/99 this
Executive Session was called to consider a Personnel matter.

PERSONNEL -
The Village Manager informed the Village Board that Sgt. Jeff Hawkins had submitted
his resignation to the Village prior to conclusion of the investigation into his alleged
misconduct. It was noted that the Village Board should not comment on Sgt. Hawkins or
the investigation due to employment rights laws.
The meeting adjourned at 7 p.m.
