scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on 03/23/99 this
Executive Session was called to consider a Personnel matter.

Group Health Insurance
The Village Manager noted that the Library and Park District were invoiced for
large balances due to health insurance expenditures exceeding premiums. The Village is
contemplating plan changes to reduce employer costs. Northwest Central Dispatch has
decided to drop the Village's insurance plan.
