Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly
scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on 05/11/99 this
Executive Session was called to consider a Personnel matter.

Personnel
The Village Board discussed appointing Renie Walsh, Deputy Village
Clerk, to the position of Village Clerk. The consensus was to have Walsh
meet the Village Board on May 25 at 7:30 p.m.
In addition, the consensus of the Village Board was to direct staff to provide
the Board with job descriptions for the three Village Clerk's Office
employees, including information on pay scale, workload, and justification
for each position.
