Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly
scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on 06/8/99 this
Executive Session was called to consider a Personnel matter.

VILLAGE CLERK'S OFFICE
The Village Board discussed a report from the Village Clerk outlining the type
and quantity of work done by staff in the Clerk's Office. The Village Clerk reported on
the types of activities staff handles and an increase in workload due to computerization
and increased data entry tasks. The unanimous consensus of the Village Board was to
make no changes to the staffing structure of the Village Clerk's Office.
