Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly
scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on jj /7 13/99 this
Executive Session was called to consider a Personnel matter.

PERSONNEL
The consensus of the Village Board was to open the Wall of Recognition to
employees or to have a plaque in the administrative offices of the employee's department.
In addition,the plaques need to be created for former President Pahl,and former Trustees
Ron Chemick and Mike Tosto for placement on the Wall of Recognition.
