Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly
scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on July 27. 1999 this
Executive Session was called to consider a Personnel matter.

PERSONNEL
Residency Requirement— Health Services Coordinator
The Village Board discussed the requirement of Mike Cavallini to
move into Elk Grove Village. He is under contract to have a home built in
the Village but will not be able to meet the August I" deadline. He will
occupy his new home in an estimated six months. The consensus of the
Board of Trustees was to approve an extension of his residency requirement
until the new home at 613 Meadow Court is occupied.
