Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly
scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on July 27. 1999 this
Executive Session was called to consider a Personnel matter.

Deputeses Village Clerk
The Assistant Village Manager informed the Village Board that the Village
Clerk had recommended that Margit Thompson be appointed to Deputy
Village Clerk. Margit's six years in the Clerk's office provide her with the
knowledge needed to minimize training for this position. The Village
Manager concurred with the recommendation.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:45 p.m.
