Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly
scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on 09/14/99 this
Executive Session was called to consider a Personnel matter.

PERSONNEL
The Village Manager explained that the Personnel Committee reviewed the Personnel
Policies manual and reconfigured its contents without making any material changes. The
Board discussed the alcohol prohibition provisions. The consensus of the Village Board
was as follows:
Have the Village Manager submit gift report forms to the Village President for review;
and
To add the Village Attorney to Section 1.12—Residency.
A copy will be reviewed by the Village's Labor Attorney before distribution to Village
unions and employees.
