Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly
scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on 09/14/99 this
Executive Session was called to consider a Litigation matter.

LITIGATION
The Village Manager reported that one of the contractors for the Oakton Street Fire
Station construction project did not report for work on Monday. Due to the delays in
completing this project the Village Manager requested authorization to retain the legal
services of Ron Zamarin, a construction contracts specialist. The Board authorized the
request and directed the Village Manager to provide a report on the situation on Friday,
September 17.
