Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly
scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on 09/28/99 this
Executive Session was called to consider a Land Acquisition matter.

LITIGATION
The Village Board discussed the redevelopment of the Rohlwing Grove Shopping Center
and a press release explaining the matter.
The Village Attorney explained contracts to purchase property, an ordinance and public
notice requirements for holding a blight hearing on November 16; a resolution to
reimburse any expenditures for this project from the Village's General Fund from TIF
increment funds; and a TIF eligibility report which finds this property to be TIF eligible.
The consensus of the Village Board was to approve the ordinance and resolution at the
9/28/99 Village Board meeting as presented, as well as distribute the press release.
The meeting adjourned at 7:00 p.m.
