Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly
scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on 09/28/99 this
Executive Session was called to consider a Litigation matter.

LITIGATION
The Village Board referenced a report from the Village Manager and Special Counsel
regarding the Fire Station.
The Village Board discussed the fact that one of the doors to the Oakton Street Fire
Station was found unlocked over the past weekend. The Fire Chief explained that a lock
had not yet been installed on the particular door, and a temporary lock would be installed
until the permanent lock is installed. The Fire Chief reported the Fire Training Facility is
progressing on schedule.
