Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly
scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on October 12. 1999 this
Executive Session was called to consider a Personnel matter.

Personnel
The Village Manager reported that five individuals were interviewed for the
Police Commander vacancy and that Sgt. Lynn Atkinson-Tovar was recommended for
the position. The Manager concurred with the Chief's recommendation to appoint Lynn
as the next Commander.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:05 p.m.
