Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly
scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on October 12, 1999 this
Executive Session was called to consider a Personnel matter.

Personnel
The Village Board discussed the status of the Village Nurse position and
discussion ensued on whether it is a necessary position for the Village. The consensus of
the Village Board was to have Health Services Coordinator Mike Cavallini provide a
report of Nursing responsibilities and activities for future Village Board discussion.
The meeting adjourned at 7:15 p.m.
