Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly
scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on February 22, 2000
this Executive Session was called to consider a Personnel matter.

Health Care Benefit Plan Renewal
The Personnel Committee discussed the Human Resources Officer's February 18, 2000
report to the Village Manager regarding Health Care Renewal.
The consensus of the Personnel Committee was to make the following recommendations
to the Village Board.
1. That the Village Board approve a 10% monthly premium
rate increase for the HMO Illinois HMO Medical Plan.
2. That the Village Board accept a 0% increase to the First
Commonwealth Dental HMO monthly premium.
3. That the Village Board accept a 10% increase to the Village
Health Care Plan monthly premiums.
4. That the recommendation be placed on the March 28 Village
Board Meeting.
