Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly
scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on April 25 2000 this
Executive Session was called to consider a Litigation matter.

LITIGATION
The Village Attorney reported that the owners of Heavenly Bodies have agreed to
cooperate with the Village's demand to revise their radio ads and remove "Elk Grove
Village". They will rephrase the ad to cite their location as "near Elk Grove"or"Elk
Grove Township" by June 15. The Village Attorney will communicate the need to have
the ad changed no later than June 1.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:45 p.m.
