Executive Session was called to consider a Personnel matter.

PERSONNEL
Assistant Village Manager Rummel informed the Board that the Fire Chief is
recommending Captain Douglas Goostree for promotion to the position of Deputy Fire
Chief. The Village Manager concurs with the Fire Chief's recommendation and will
discuss the promotion with Captain Goostree during the next week.
