Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly
scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on 08/08/00 this
Executive Session was called to consider a Personnel matter.

PERSONNEL
The Assistant Village Manager noted that the Community Service Board interviewed 6
candidates for the Coordinator position, and they recommended 3 outstanding candidates
for the Village Manager to consider. Village staff expressed their appreciation for the
Community Service Board's efforts.
After interviewing the 3 candidates, the Assistant Village Manager noted that the Village
Manager intends to offer the position to Beverly Jasczurowski. She holds a Bachelor's
degree from NN and has several years of relevant work experience.
The meeting adjourned at 8:32 p.m.
