Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a
regularly scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees
on Mau 9, 1989 this Executive Session was called to consider a
Personnel matter.

GROUP BENEFITS
The members of the Village Board were advised by the Village
Manager that a former NWCDS employee, married to a Police Officer, has
been found to have apparently filed fraudulent health insurance claims.
This issue is being pursued by the Village Attorney as a
possible felony case.
