Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a
regularly scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees
on 5-23-89 this Executive Session was called to consider a
litigation matter.

LITIGATIQIF
The Village Attorney reviewed the status of the WBBM tower
issue. Members concurred with the Village Attorney's recommendation
to meet with Joseph Karaganis, an environmental attorney, regarding
the Village's position on the location of the tower.
