Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a
regularly scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees
on 7-25-89 this Executive Session was called to consider a
Personnel matter.

PEWCUREL
Staff provided the Village Board with an update on the internal
investigation being conducted by a private investigation firm
regarding the $5,000+ missing from a metal box in the evidence
room.
Based on an initial investigation by an investigator and outside
legal counsel, the Chief of Police will be removing a Commander
from the exempt rank and returning him to a Lieutenant's position.
