Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a
regularly scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees
on 9-11-90 this Executive Session was called to consider a
litigation matter.

WBBM Radio Tower Relocation
President Zettek brought the Board up-to-date on the litigation
surrounding the relocation of the WBBM radio tower. The court could
act on the Village's motion for Summary Judgment as early as next
week.
The expenses paid to Karaganis & White, to date, were also
discussed.
