Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a '
regularly scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees
on 10-23-90 this Executive Session was called to consider a
1ltlgatlon matter.

RADIO TOWER LITIGATION
Attorney Knickerbocker brought the Board
up-to-date on the litigation surrounding the
relocation of the WBBM Radio Tower.
Attorney Knickerbocker noted that the Courts
have not yet ruled on Hamilton' s request to
intervene in the lawsuit nor on the Village ' s
petition for Summary Judgment.
Attorney Karaganis has not yet received
notice from IDOT responding to issues raised in
his August letter.
