LITIGATION
The Illinois Department of Transportation issued a permit
for the relocation of the WBBM radio tower to the floodplain.
The Village has 35 days to object to the issuance of that permit
from the day the permit was issued. Ameeting with Special
Counsel Karriganis will be arranged in the near future.
The meeting was adjourned at 10:30 p.m.
