Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a
regularly scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees
on 1-28-92 this Executive Session was called to consider a
Personnel matter.

PERSONNEL
Last fall, the F.O.P. and Village used a mediator in an attempt
to resolve open issues. The F.O.P. contacted that same mediator
and asked him to advise the Village (via James Baird) that they
wished to meet to re-open discussions on unresolved issues, and
possibly avoid interest arbitration.
The mediator will advise the F.O.P. that the Village is willing
to meet and re-open discussions.
