Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a
regularly scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees
on 12-11-90 this Executive session was called to consider a
litigation matter.

LITIGATION
The Village Attorney brought the Village Board
up-to-date on the WSBM Radio Tower litigation. The
Village Attorney noted that three items are pending:
First, the Village is waiting for a ruling on
CBS and Hamilton Partners motion to intervene in
the suit the Village has filed against the U. S.
Army Corps of Engineei:sfor improperly issuing
permits .
Second, the Village is waiting for IDOT to act
on a permit to which the Village has objected; and,
Third, the Village is waiting for the FCC to
act on a permit to which the Village has filed an
objection.
