Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a
regularly scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees
on March 15, 1993 this Executive Session was called to consider a
litigation matter.

LITIGATION
Trustee Gallitano informed the Board that Tyron Cefalu of
Logan Printing at 220 Lively Boulevard claimed in a telephone
conversation that he will be filing a large law suit against the
Village on charges of unlawful arrest. Trustee Gallitano stated
he received a phone call from Mr. Cefalu on Saturday, March 13,
with the incident information on the charges.
Trustee Gallitano indicated that Mr. Cefalu was arrested
after an altercation with an Elk Grove police officer.
The consensus of the Board was as follows:
-- Alert the Police Chief on the possible litigation; and
-- Provide the Board with the police report on the
incident.
The meeting adjourned at 9 :45 p.m.
