Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at
a regularly scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of
Trustees on July 1, 1993, this Executive Session was called to
consider a litigation matter.

LITIGATION
The Village President informed the Board that a Tyrone Cefalu
is threatening litigation against the Village regarding an
incident that occurred between him, his father and an Elk Grove
police officer.
The consensus of the Board was to have the Village Attorney
review the police records on the incident to determine possible
defenses and examine police practices on the matter.
The meeting adjourned at 9 : 44 p.m.
