Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at
a regularly scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of
Trustees on July 1, 1993, this Executive Session was called to
consider a personnel matter.

PERSONNEL
The consensus of the Board was to place the ADA issues on
Police and Fire pension funding in the Personnel Committee.
In addition, the Personnel Committee will examine union
avoidance techniques . Village labor counsel will be present to
discuss these items once a meeting date is scheduled.
