Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at
a regularly scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of
Trustees on July 13, 1993, this Executive Session was called to
consider a litigation matter.

LITIGATION
The Village President reported that the battery charge
involving Tyrone Cefalu against an Elk Grove Police Officer is
under the jurisdiction of the State 's Attorney's Office. The
Village Attorney is reviewing the file; this is in preparation
for threatened litigation against the Village by Cefalu.
