Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at
a regularly scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of
Trustees on July 13, 1993, this Executive Session was called to
consider a litigation matter.

LITIGATION
The consensus of the Board was to support the condemnation of
the lease hold interest on the Jewel Food Store at the Grove
Mali . Jewel will be named as a party in the condemnation suit .
Serfecz has agreed to pay all costs associated with the suit,
including award judgement.
