Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at
a regularly scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of
Trustees on September 14, 1993, this Executive Session was called
to consider a personnel matter.

PERSONNEL
Trustee Chernick brought the Board up-to-date on the
arbitration proceedings. It was noted that one person in
attendance at the Fire Union Contract negotiation sessions was
not on either side 's bargaining team.
The consensus of the Board was to enforce the rule that only
authorized individuals are allowed to attend the negotiation
sessions.
The meeting adjourned at 10:53 p.m.
