Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at
a regularly scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of
Trustees on January 11, 1994 this Executive Session was called to
consider a personnel matter.

PERSONNEL
The Village Manager reported that the Village received an
official notice from the Police Union that they are ready to
begin contract negotiations. The Village Manager noted that a
Board member is needed to belong on the Village 's negotiation
team. Negotiations are expected to begin in one month.
